What is the validity of FREE plan?
You can use free plan as long as you want.
What is the difference between the FREE plan and other paid plans?
FREE plan will lack some features in paid plans and you can only add and manage only 10 domains in free plan while paid plans will have higher limits.
Are there any monthly plans in DomainsHook?
Currently, we have only yearly plans and we might add monthly plans in future.
What are the supported payment methods?
We support debit/credit card, internet banking, and UPI via Instamojo in India and for other countries we support Stripe.
My money got debited but my plan didn't got upgraded
In that case, you can just contact our support via live chat or raise a ticket. We will try to resolve it in no time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer full-refund if you cancel your plan within 15 days of upgrade.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
When you cancel your plan, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time the plan will be canceled.
